Pot Luck was a lot of fun. Lots of food!! It was great!!! Saw some people I haven't seen in a long time. They brought their kids...and it was amazing to see how much they've grown!! Wow! AGAIN, I forgot my camera!!

Watched Wedding Crashers Friday night. A little disappointed. It wasn't as funny as I wanted it to be. HA! But the Karaoke scene with Owen Wilson & Vince Vaughn singing 99 Red Balloons was TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Eric and I loved it! I'll give it 3 stars out of 5.
We had Oli, Diana, Margaret and Trout over for poker. The game went CRAZY when Oli & Diana won at 3,5,7 with 3 dollars in the pot. Geez!! That was Crazy! Clearly, Oli & Diana won the evening by a landslide. I had a wonderful time!
I'm making (filipino) Chicken Adobo for pot luck tonight. It will be fun. I even made some rice. I hope everyone will like it!

Last night, Eric and I watched a very sad Documentary..."One Day in September". About the 1972 Munich Olympics. (The movie, MUNICH, is out about it.) But this documentary has footages taken from the time and interviews with the surviving terrorist. It's very sad and maddening to watch the details of how the police with NO EXPERIENCE to handle this kind situation. It's something everyone should watch...a History we all should know about.
On a happier note...only 7 more months til wedding day! For all the attendants I have something new posted up on the wedding page. Pricilla & Eric's Wedding

HERE ARE MOM & DAD!! Home with Miles Guillen!!!!!! He has 10 fingers, 10 toes, Blue Eyes, Dark HAIR!! The cutest combination!! I can't wait to hold him!!! ONLY 7 MORE MONTHS TIL I BECOME MRS. ERIC AND I'M GOING TO BE MILES' AUNTIE!!

Interesting weekend. Snow Storm on Friday. Eric made me a FRENCH dinner. Snowed IN Saturday. (Just me! ha! I didn't want to go anywhere.) Family outing on Sunday. (Went to IHoP with my parents, aunt, uncle, and Georgette). Then got a call from Brook. She LOVED the blanket I gave them for the baby!!! Yes! I made a blanket!!! It was my FIRST perfected blanket. OOPs! I forgot to take a picture of it!
OH AND I HAVE SUCH GREAT NEWS!!! I DON'T THINK I CAN SAY IT YET!!!!!!!

SORRY!!!! Been busy with Wedding Stuff...I haven't been able to focus on other things.
Met up with my friend, Neda, from high school again. She's great! I've missed her so much. We got together again and talked about old times. It was great. She even informed me about one of our classmates being one of PAYPALs founders

Went out with my really good friend from High School last night. Neda. She's great! I really missed hanging out with her. We talked about what we've done for the past 10 years. It was great! We talked sooo much it was almost midnight by the time we got home. I missed Neda. It felt like I was in High School again!
I can't wait to get together with her again.

Can you believe a year went by already!!! I hope everyone had a great new years! We had an interesting new years...let me tell ya...
Christmas Dinner with My Family at our Apartment:
Eric and I made Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Corn. Thanks to my mom we had her famous (filipino) Empanada, my dad's Suman and Tita Velet brought the Ham. Let me just say...Eric and I will not go hungry this week!!!

New Years Eve. Eric, Seth and I started the evening at our favorite bar...
The place was PACKED!!! Our seats were money makers if we could sell them! Marty, Sheila, Sean and Irv were great!!!
Met some great people. I forgot this girls name but she admired my ring. She got married a year ago and gave me some wedding advice.
Before the New Year, we took off to the Beat Kitchen where Head of Femur
played. Sounded great!
Back at home...
Whippet sits back as he listens to Eric and Seth serenade me before going to bed.
New Year's Day...My parent's anniversary. So, I spent the afternoon with my family. Had dinner. More Food!
Later that evening, met up with Oli and Diana for a game of poker.
I really enjoyed Poker Night!
After all the fun...it was time to rest...
The cats were pooped...
So was Eric!
