I feel like I'm a messenger of bad news, because I have more bad news to share.
Still mourning the death of my grandmother...my Uncle Michael, my father's adopted brother, the youngest out of 11 brothers and sisters, was hit by a car (hit-and-run) and has died early this morning.
Please pray for my father's family so that they can get through this difficult time.

Eric and I exchanged our Christmas gifts this weekend. He got me a new DVD player and surround sound stereo. COOL! I can now watch Star Wars the way it should be seen. I got Eric a dartboard and a mic for his Minidisc player. I got him something else but I will suprise him on Christmas. Thanks, Sweetie! I love my gift!!
I started to clean up a little around the apartment. We're having my family over for a Christmas celebration. AND GUESS WHAT I FOUND???

Had a small get-together with Jesse, Justin and Eric for Jesse's Birthday. Jesse & Justin made chili. We watched "Collateral" with Tom Cruise and Jamie Fox. It was pretty good!! It was a great Birthday Night.
Well, only a week left and it's Christmas... hmmm. Not much time left for Christmas shopping. I think I have a couple of things to do and I'm done, but it will definitely be a busy week. So, if I don't have time to go online next week...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LANI & JESSE!!!
Only a week left before Christmas. I'm not in a very Christmas mood. I've been very tired lately.
I'm almost done with my christmas shopping and I don't like the mall this time at the year. I'm tired! I just want to go home and sleep. I wonder if I'm coming down with something.
I had a very traumatic week (last week). I probably just need to recover from it.

It's raining! That always happens when someone I know dies. When my uncle died a couple of years ago. It rained the next day and now its raining for my grandma.
I think it's her crying and saying goodbye.
PLEASE PRAY FOR MY GRANDMOTHER!
AND PLEASE PRAY FOR MY AUNT!! SHE IS VERY ILL AND NEEDS ALL THE PRAYERS THAT YOU CAN GIVE!

Tonight, my grandmother died. She was 90 years old. She was the last grandparent I had left.
It was planned for her to come back to the United States January 8, 2005. She never knew! It was to be a surprise.
Now, my father will be visiting her for the last time after almost 15 years.
I was so excited for her to come back here. I really wanted to see her. I wanted her to see how much I've grown since the last time I saw her. I wanted her to meet Eric. It was going to be nice!
I will have my site down in memory of my Lola.

Eighteen More Days Till Christmas! I know I won't be getting a lot of gifts this year. I'm just excited that I don't have to work for a couple of days!!! PHEWWW!!
Eric and I decided not to exchange gifts this year so we may save up for our trip to PARIS!! I'm still taking donation, by the way! We only have change in a jar right now, it won't be too long. Send those donations! (Wouldn't that be nice.)

What a fun evening! Had Dinner with my parents, my aunt and Georgette. Georgette is getting so big!! She was wearing the reindeer outfit Jackie gave her at Thanksgiving. She's so cute! Eric called me on my cell phone and I put the phone to Georgette's ear while Eric talked and Georgette laughed and smiled. It was so cute!
