Whoa! Did you watch last nights White Sox game. It was a stinker. They lost by 2 against the Oakland A's. It was the messiest game I've ever seen. Even the umpires were all out of whack. I told Eric they needed a break!! They've been playing since Friday. They have another game tonight. And they rest tomorrow.
May is going to be a busy Month for Eric and I. Wilco, U2, White Sox vs. Baltimore (Sammy Sosa), Quincera, Nebraska. Whoa! I'm sure I've left out some stuff. OH YEA!! Chris & Brooks Visit!!! We got Brook tickets to Wilco for her birthday.. its going to be a BLAST!!!

WOW!! The White Sox WON again! What a great start!!! They are 16-4 and last nights game was 8 WINS in a row. And GARLAND...Nice Job!
Gave Whippet a bath last night, he was such a good boy. He just laid in the sink for me. Then I wrapped him up in a blanket and dried him up as much as I can. After that, I gave him a treat and laid in his favorite blanket. He's such a good kitty!!

WHOA!!! This just in!!!! Eric caught Nikki hanging out with the fish.
Another cold day!! It snowed on Saturday. About a foot just the east of us. Speaking of...Here's a picture, sent by Therese, of Comerica Park. Her family went to see the Tigers play the White Sox. This is a cool picture of the Tiger. Thanks, Therese!!

Here is our fish tank...finally set up.
WE LOVE OUR FISH TANK!! I use to be a fish nerd a few years back. I had freshwater fish and salt water fish. I loved them all. In our fish tank we have 3 tiger barbs, 3 angelfish, 3 tetras and 2 Cory's. Nikki loves these fish so much she sleeps with them.

Our fish tank is looking better and better. Just need to get some plants and more fishes and it's going to be beautiful!!! I'll have some pictures up this weekend. Nikki loves her new friends...she just sits on side of them.

Eric and I watched Hotel Rwanda last night. It was so sad but such a great film. I encourage everyone to watch the movie. Its based on the true story of the Rwandan conflict of the 1990s, the Hutu vs. Tutsi. Just knowing this all really happen is very scary. Don Cheadle, who plays as Paul Rusesabagina, did a magnificent role of this hero. If you want to be sad and mad ... this is the movie to watch!!!

Today will be another great day. My Filipino blood is flowing strong in my body. I like the 75-80 degree weather. Anything cooler than that I'M FREEZING!!!! It's 68 degrees outside and the air conditioner at work is on. The girlz are warm. I'm cold!! I'm wearing a sweater here at work. I may have to move to warmer climates.
What a great game!!!! Eric, Oli, Diana, Molly, Trout, Margaret and I went to see MY FAVORITE TEAM...the White Sox vs. Minnesota Twins. White Sox WINS 5-4. It was a BEAUTIFUL evening the temp was about 80 degrees...no wind chill factor. It was GREAT! Everett hit two home runs our way. Saw two fights. And had Polish Dogs and Nachos!!! I even got a White Sox Tote bag (for free).
I have some pictures that I will put up later on. I don't have them with me this morning! HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

Whoa Nelly!!! Have been checking on White Sox Tickets and prices went up!! Regular reserved tickets...$30 (Monday Night 1/2 Price: $15). Bleachers...$24 ($12). Crazy!!! Whoa!
What a great weekend!!! Had a couple of drinks Friday night with a couple of deaf friends, Jesus and Wolf. I'm really learning more and more sign language everytime we meet up. Saturday afternoon, I spent the afternoon with my darling, Georgette and her mom. Yesterday, Eric and I got some friends for our Darlin' Nikki...Just a couple of tiny fishes for the tiny fish tank. Nikki can't take her eyes off of them!! Then, an afternoon BBQ with Oli and Diana, then a lovely game of Pitch. Diana said she's never played the game...YEA RIGHT! She cleaned Eric and I right out of the game! It was a great time!!

What a beautiful day!!! It's going to be 70 degrees this weekend. I'm going to make dinner for Eric and we're meeting his deaf friends later tonight. I'm going to work on my sign language again... that'll be fun!! Then babysit little Georgette tomorrow and then a wine party. FUN TIME!

It's going to be a beautiful day!! To bad I'm stuck at work all day! Last night, Eric brought me a surprise...The Incredible's DVD! I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! I watched three times the week it came out on DVD!! It's a great FUN movie. THANKS, SWEETIE!!
Eric and I were talking about my BIG Birthday Vacation. Yes! We are going away for my birthday. Still trying to figure out where and when but it's been decided. We're going away for my birthday!! YIPPEEE!! Hawaii??? Mexico??? Bahamas?? A cruise?? I don't know. I just can't wait!!!

Had a Wonderful Evening with Eric. We went to the gym for an hour. Then later met up with Jesse for a game of darts. OH BY THE WAY!! I massacred Eric at darts. Terminated him in RECORD time! Must be like 5 mins. Sweet Victory!!!
Thanks Jesse for the French books!! I'm going to learn FRENCH so Eric and I can visit France sometime.

Happy Birthday, Tara (April 10) & Ruth (April 11)!!!
What a great Weekend!!! Watched FINDING NEVERLAND this weekend. That was a pretty good movie!! Johnny should've got that Oscar. (Although, Jamie Foxx was really great too!). Got to watch baby Georgette for a couple of hours on Saturday. She can say Mama, Dada and the filipino word, Ate (Ah - tea). She's growing up too fast!!

Here is a recent picture of the length of my hair. I don't really like short hair, so I'm going to need to grow it pretty long before I cut it. It's going to take a few months.
Talked to an old friend today. Chris (in Colorado). He and Jesse (in California) are the ones that lead me to Eric. The best thing that's ever happened to me!! Thanks, Guys! I miss you guys! NICO (in Paris), miss you too!!! I hope to talk to you guys soon!
I've put up a link on the left for donations to Locks of Love sponsoring me and my ponytail. It'll be a couple of months until I get the 10 inches, so for now, I'll leave that up. GO WHITE SOX!!! 1-0 Opening Day in Chicago. I didn't get to watch it but I heard it was a great game!
I'm so excited about Chris and Brook's Wedding. I was asked to photograph the nuptials...What a Great Honor! Thanks Guys! AND I found out that the church they're getting married at is where Miranda and Steve (Sex in the City) got married! And I found out online that's where they filmed the scene with Samantha and the attractive friar. It will be an exciting time in NEW YORK CITY!!!
Last night, I spent the whole time signing with people who are deaf. Eric and I met them this weekend and we saw them again last night. It was a great experience, I got to use sign language with NO HELP from Eric, which was GREAT! And I had a great time!

I'm donating my hair!!! Yes! I've decided! It's pretty long right now...just below the middle of my back.
